📦 How do I sell an item on Soplis?

Click "Sell Item" in the navigation. For used items, it's free and immediate. For marketplace products, you need a vendor account (free registration). Admin approves within 24 hours.

💰 Is Soplis free to use?

Yes! Browsing and buying is free. Used items and job postings are 0% commission. Marketplace sellers pay 10% per successful sale. Services are free to list for now.

🚚 How fast is delivery?

If the vendor/grocery shop is marked "online" at checkout: 1‑2 hours (same‑day express). If offline: next working day. Restaurant delivery (coming soon) will show live ETA.

📍 Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once assigned to a delivery partner, you'll get a tracking link. Live map tracking is available from your dashboard.

💳 What payment methods do you accept?

Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe, and cash on delivery (COD). All card payments are secure and encrypted.

🏪 How do I become a vendor?

Click "Become a Vendor" on the homepage. Fill in your shop details, NIF, bank info, and upload your business license. Admin approves within 48 hours.

🛠️ Can I offer my professional services?

Yes! Click "Offer a Service" in the navigation. Posting is free. You'll need at least 2 photos of your work. Customers can message you directly.

🛒 How does grocery delivery work?

Browse local grocery shops, choose your items, and checkout. If the shop is online, delivery within 1‑2 hours. You can track live.

🍽️ When will restaurant delivery launch?

We are actively researching restaurant delivery. Expected beta in late 2026. Follow our updates or contact us to participate in user research.

🚗 Will you offer ride‑hailing or real estate?

Yes! Ride‑hailing, real estate listings, and parcel delivery are in our research pipeline. We are building Lisbon's true mega app – stay tuned for announcements.
