Check vendor/service provider ratings, review history, and account age before making a purchase or booking. Verified badges mean higher trust.
Never share personal contact information (phone, email, address) with strangers. Use Soplis's messaging system – it's recorded and safe. This applies to marketplace chats, service inquiries, and job applications.
Always pay through Soplis's integrated payment system (Stripe or COD). Never send money directly via bank transfer or MB Way to sellers or service providers you don't know.
For used items that require in‑person pickup, choose public, well‑lit locations (shopping centres, police stations, busy cafes). Bring a friend if possible. For service providers, prefer video calls before in‑person meetings.
If you encounter scams, harassment, prohibited items, or fake service listings, report immediately using the "Report" button or contact bdmunnaua@gmail.com.
Use a strong, unique password. Never share your login details with anyone, even Soplis staff. Enable two‑factor authentication (coming soon).
For grocery orders, always check that the delivery package is sealed. For future restaurant delivery, verify the order against your receipt. Report any food safety issues immediately.
